Everyone that comes to our studio will get experienced instruction, personalized programs, education and ultimately, results!
We see a wide range of clients from children to the elderly, healthy and others, recovering from injuries.
Company History
BodyMind Pilates was born in 2006 with one reformer and tower combo machine.
we have been serving the Cascade community of Grand Rapids for almost 10 years now!
